We also offer customized solutions to our clients, so the programmer-analysts on our team who can think outside the box are the ones who really enjoy working here.Summary of PositionInvolved in all aspects of software development lifecycle, with emphasis on requirements analysis and coding.Performs software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs.Analyzes user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs.Writes code and creates database structures; involved in creating and maintaining code for main- and sub-systems.Identifies, analyzes, and resolves software deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
