Works with senior management to develop and monitor other industry trends along with forward looking growth projections and how to support them with new or existing operations. Provides analysis and presentations in support of investment decisions, along with presentations that go before the Investment Review Committee and/or Board of Directors.Develops and leads financial analysis for impact to Dominion Energy along with finding the optimal financing solution whether through internal methods, partnership, joint venture, or other methods to fund & construct infrastructure. Identifies, screens and analyzes potential merger and acquisition opportunities. Able to prepare updates on peer utility market trends, financial status, or credit updates.Note: This position offers corporate relocation based on program eligibility requirements.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience5+ years of experience in financial management and analysis; mergers & acquisitions, business development, strategy, new venture, utility and/or relevant industry. Note: A Master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one year of experience.Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:

Demonstrated expertise in strategic analysis; capital allocation; project financial analysis; M&A analysis; due diligence process;

Understanding of key accounting, tax and financing principles.

Excellent leadership; organizational; interpersonal; verbal and written communication, teamwork, analytical and customer focus skills.

Requires ability to work under limited supervision and direction.

Master's degree highly preferred
