Note: Candidate must come occasionally for meetings.

Skills: Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide, visual analytics for data analysis and reporting.Experience with data architecture, data integration, data visualization, reporting, and process automation.In-depth knowledge of HL7, HIPAA X12 Transactions, EMR, Medical Diagnosis data.Medicaid knowledge to include Managed Care Encounters, Fee for Service Claims, Member, Provider, Levels of Care, Waivers, Capitations and Claims Payme.Experience with SAS (programming), R, PL/SQL.Experience with Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server.Experience with ETL tools, Business Analytics tools.Demonstrated ability to design, develop and test solutions for complex solutions that meet user and agency requirements.Development experience using Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.Experience communicating verbally and in writing with technical colleagues and business users.Experience providing accurate estimates of effort and duration to complete assignments.Experience creating documentation to include technical design, flow diagrams, test results and user documentation.

Nice to have: Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL Architecture, Business Intelligence, Data Modeling, Data Governance.Experience with version control software.Experience with Production Support and issue resolution.Experience with MongoDB.Experience with Talend.Experience with Qlik.
