Accurate entry and analysis of data

Track and monitor the progress of a sale through the new construction pipeline

Interact with customers, scheduling settlement dates and communicating updates

Prepare settlement documentation and coordinate with lenders, attorneys and title companies for settlement related details

Support the administrative needs for the construction side of our business

Qualified applicants have:

Bachelor’s degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, 365 and One Note is a plus

Exceptional customer relations when working with both internal and external customers

Experience learning new IT systems and applications

Ability to work both independently and with an administrative team

Organization skills with a strong attention to detail
