Actalent has partnered with a client in the area who does site contracting and demolition work. They are looking to expand their office and have an additional Estimator come on who can also help to run projects. Job Responsibilities 60% in office estimating 20% managing projects 20% onsite meetings with clientsSkills:Estimation, Construction, Construction estimating, Bidding, Construction management, Project management, Blueprint, Estimating software, Commercial construction, Purchasing, Pricing, Microsoft office, Cost estimate, Budgeting, Site civilAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field- Preferred but not required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a construction estimator and project manager or related field.
