We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented and collaborative individual to drive insights, accountability, and accuracy within our Capacity Planning Organization.This person will work effectively individually and as a team member, creating sustainable processes that can be scaled with the business. Need to be capable of driving the behavior and deliverables of teams across the business. The position is telecommuting/remote from within the US. Sponsorship is not available.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Lead solutions and strategy for our Hardware Supply Program across Oracle
Create and improve processes for tracking inventory supply levels against demand for cloud hardware
Gather data, model, analyze, and present regularly to leadership on inventory deficits and excess
Run and present weekly metrics connecting forecast, orders and supply
Recommend mitigation efforts and project tradeoffs
Run feasibility analyses for projects and manage resolution processes for blockers
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience with planning and operations
Have strong analytical skills to drive insights and actionable outcomes
Expertise in developing scalable models for decision making and to drive future growth
Advanced in Excel analyses and Excel modeling, and Jira (or equivalent)
Experience presenting metrics to stakeholders to drive decisions
Excellent attention to detail
Influence partner teams without direct authority to ensure business needs and goals are met

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
