We are looking for a PMP Certified Technical Project Manager 2, REMOTE (Min 8 yrs exp) (with Mainframe, SQL Server and Java exp) (Local Candidates preferred) (Webcam interviews ONLY) POSITION DESCRIPTION DIRECT CLIENT Position Number of positions: 1 Length: 12 Months + Work Address: Remote w/ some ON SITE at Richmond, VA 23230 Immediate interviews Webcam interviews Please note that this position is REMOTE. Majority of role with be Virtual. However, some ON SITE may be required occasionally for special projects. Local Richmond candidates preferred OR those within 2 hours driving distance. ABOUT THE ROLE Prior PM experience managing complex information technology Waterfall and Agile projects with tight deadlines. Looking for candidates who have prior experience managing a variety of information technology projects including mainframe, SQL server, and JAVA. Coordinates work teams by developing and managing schedules, scope, communications, quality and resources. Identifies and works collaboratively with stakeholders and end users to determine and meet business needs, and ensures work is completed timely, professionally, and appropriately. Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of issues and removal of barriers. Provide support to project team members. Project Management Professional (Active PMP) Certified by PMI required Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Candidates must have ALL the "Required" skills in order to be considered for the position. "Desired" or "Highly Desired" skills are a PLUS but may NOT be required.
