Job duties are as follows: • Analyze large amounts of data utilizing a combination of Microsoft Excel and ServiceNow platforms • Design, create, and manage multiple ServiceNow and Microsoft Excel reports and dashboards to ensure metrics are correct and customer needs are being met • Experienced with Agile/Scrum environments and comfortable leading all Agile ceremonies (Grooming sessions, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Daily Stand Ups) • Identify process improvements and be able to lead cross functional related discussions and actions • Able to communicate and work with multiple teams to accomplish a shared goal • Assist the Service Portfolio Life-cycle Management (SPLM) Manager in the management of all aspects of the implementation of new services at an enterprise level • Act as the SPLM Manager backup and step in when needed if they are away • Develop and submit SPLM reports in accordance with contract and customer requirements • Maintain and update the SPLM dashboards as required • Manage access requests to the SPLM Dashboards • Monitor SPLM Intake • Coordinate activities with STS, MSI and VITA Development Teams to complete service delivery through SPLM • Coordinate and complete updates to reports and dashboards as requested • Provide information and or updates to STS, VITA and MSI Leadership as required Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience
- Experience in IT service development/management environment
- Agile Certification/Experience - i.e CSM
- Service Now Experience
- ITIL v4
