You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment and are experts in process improvement. This individual will have demonstrated that they can improve company processes in the past, resulting in saving time and resources for the company. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawless execution of process improvement projects.General Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee process improvement initiatives, focusing on identifying, implementing, and tracking enhancements to drive risk mitigation and resolve issues effectively.

Collect, analyze, and report data to senior leadership, providing transparency and insights into operational performance and customer experience.

Act as a subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders to clarify needs, offer solutions, and achieve targeted business outcomes.

Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flow diagrams, procedures, work instructions, and best practices to ensure consistency.

Establish and manage key performance metrics, including monthly scorecards, incentives, and appraisals, and communicate these to the team to drive alignment and accountability.

Motivate, coach, and develop associates, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career growth to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Manage and ensure compliance in accordance with standards and policies, overseeing case management systems and maintaining relevant artifacts and instructions.

Collaborate with product owners to define and communicate roadmaps, aligning team objectives with broader organizational goals.

Monitor and evaluate process adherence, providing feedback, addressing breakdowns, and escalating issues as needed to maintain effective operations.

Design, implement, and refine metrics to measure process efficiency and effectiveness, creating regular updates and reports for stakeholders to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually.Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 3 years of experience in Process management

At least 2 years of experience in Project management

At least 2 years of experience in People management

At least 1 year of experience in a banking industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Human Resources

Lean certification or Six Sigma certification

At least 5 years of experience in Process management

At least 5 years of experience in Project management

At least 5 years of experience in People management

At least 2 years of experience in banking industry with PCG (Power of attorney, Conservator or Guardian)
