The Lead Software Engineer works on assignments that involve complex issues where the analysis of emerging technologies and implementation of these new technologies requires experience, architectural decision making, discipline and the advanced critical thinking.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects

2 or more years of project leadership experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Professional Certifications as an Architect or Engineer in Azure Cloud

Experiences with relational and non-relational databases including MongoDb and PostgreSQL

Competence in Git, Azure DevOps, Intellij, Visual Studio Code, Docker and helm

Proven ability to clearly communicate architecture decisions and secure stakeholder alignment

Solid experience with C# or Java, Java Spring, Typescript, React, NodeJs

Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Familiarity with API Gateways (Apigee,Azure),

Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies

Experience working directly with clients, leading projects, and mentoring engineers

Familiarity with micro-services architecture

Participation/Experience with Open Source efforts

A good communicator who can express their ideas, consider others’ and make informed decisions
