Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for an IT Risk and Compliance Analyst in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves supporting risk management across various initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and assisting with the creation and maintenance of enterprise risk policies and procedures.Responsibilities: Participate in risk management efforts across all business areas and vendor engagements Maintain and update risk information, records, and documentation within the GRC system Collaborate with various teams to understand business challenges and develop tailored solutions to provide value and facilitate compliance Conduct interviews with business areas to gain a comprehensive understanding of their processes, risks, and controls Assist in the development and maintenance of enterprise risk policies and procedures Document internal controls, including populating risk assessment templates and drafting control narrative documentation for business approval Facilitate the completion of risk management lifecycle, including risk identification, risk analysis, risk response, risk reporting, risk monitoring, and risk certification Collaborate with the Information Security Office to support the Information Security Program Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and updating the Business Impact Analysis Use various risk and security frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, CobiT, COSO ERM, etc. Apply knowledge of principles and practices of Enterprise Risk Management Apply knowledge of the principles and methods applied to identifying and assessing risks Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, Archer, CobiT, Concur, CRM, AML - Anti Money Laundering, Auditing, Commision Functions, Complaint Handling, Compliance.
