Human Resources (HR) Assistant

Description We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant for our operations based in Richmond, Virginia. The role involves working within the Financial Services sector, managing a variety of tasks including processing customer applications and maintaining customer records. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications with attention to detail Maintain and update customer credit records as required Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Conduct auditing tasks as part of maintaining customer records Perform background checks as part of the customer application process Manage benefit functions to ensure customer satisfaction Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Apply knowledge of Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time systems Deliver high-quality customer service consistently Prioritize public safety in all operations. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary for this role. Applicants must have experience with ADP Workforce Now. Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must. Prior experience with Ceridian is highly desirable. Proficiency in HRMS is required. Experience with About Time software is beneficial. Auditing experience is needed for this role. Applicants should be experienced in conducting Background Checks. Knowledge of Benefit Functions is crucial. Excellent Customer Service skills are required. A strong understanding of Public Safety is beneficial for this role.
