Adecco is assisting their client with their search for an HR Coordinator.Type: 40hrs/wk. ContractStart Date: 1-2 weeks.Location: RICHMOND VA 23238- (Must sit onsite in Richmond, VA hybrid 3 days/week Mon-Thu (Fri remote)Pay: 22.86Duration: Temp (2yrs +)Shift: M-F - 9AM to 5PmDescription: Provide recruiting support services in accordance with Client recruiting support process, standards and systems Ad Hoc and Power day scheduling Serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internalclients Negotiate times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews Guide candidates through the interview process (onsite andvirtually) Partners with others to ensure flawless execution of theinterviewing process Builds and maintains strong relationships with recruiters,interviewers, and executive/administrative professionals Manage confidential files and other privileged informationin a professional manner Oversee travel details and communications between candidates,recruiters and our travel partner Ability to travel between multiple building/locations(generally in one geographic area) Partner with multiple members of the team to cover onsiteinterview experience needs and responsibilitiesIMPORTANT: This job is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
