NPosition Type ManagementThis is a temporary position.JOB SUMMARYThe RPO Liaison will play a critical role in overseeing the transition from the current Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, PeopleScout, to the new RPO partner, AMS. This role involves managing the offboarding process of PeopleScout, ensuring a seamless handover of responsibilities, and supporting AMS, particularly the new Recruiting Team Leader, Derrick, during the onboarding phase. The successful candidate will ensure that recruitment processes remain efficient, effective, and aligned with Marriott's standards.SCOPE / BUSINESS CONTEXT / CANDIDATE PROFILEBusiness Context: Expected Contributions – Essential Job FunctionsOffboarding Current RPO (PeopleScout) Oversee the closeout of all current MIHQ requisitions with PeopleScout. Lead weekly discipline meetings to provide the HRPs with an update on the closeout openings, while also onboarding the AMS Recruiting Team Leader for a seamless handover upon transition. Provide weekly updates on the status of the closeout process, review and provide recommendations on necessary next steps. Provide full lifecycle recruitment to close out remaining requisitions with PeopleScout. Oversee the management of permanent residency requisitions during the transition. Remain the day to day supervisor for the closeout team at MIHQ with PeopleScout.Onboarding New RPO (AMS) Facilitate the ramp-up process for AMS, with a focus on supporting the new Recruiting Team Leader, Derrick. Be available to answer day-to-day questions and handle escalations. Assist in building strong relationships with the HR Partners (HRPs) within the organization. Global Technology is a key focus of this onboarding to ensure that the unique process and deliverables continue to be met.Communication and Reporting Ensure clear and consistent communication between Marriott, PeopleScout, and AMS. Prepare and deliver weekly reports on the progress of both the closeout and onboarding processes. Communicate any issues or concerns promptly to relevant stakeholders and propose solutions.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
