Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a financial systems analyst to support a pharmaceutical company in Richmond, VA. This person will be required to work east coast hours 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP systems and a strong background in Power BI. As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to extract insights from data and create impactful dashboards.Responsibilities:1. SAP Liaison: Work closely with IT teams to understand SAP data structures, extract relevant information, and ensure data accuracy. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable data solutions.2. Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. Transform raw data into meaningful visualizations that drive informed decision-making. Collaborate with business users to identify key metrics and KPIs for reporting.3. Data Modeling and Analysis: Create data models that effectively support business needs. Use SQL, DAX, and other data languages to manipulate and analyze data. Ensure data quality and reliability in dashboards.4. Dashboard Maintenance and Support: Monitor and troubleshoot existing Power BI dashboards. Implement enhancements and optimizations based on user feedback.
