Description We are offering an Executive Assistant role based in Richmond, Virginia, 23236, United States. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within our governmental agency and providing superior customer service. This role involves managing the office and executive operations and ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and logistics for meetings/events. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Facilitate the operations of the office and executive to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Provide a high level of customer service and maintain an organized working environment. Report to the Executive Coordinator and assist in managing scheduling, communication, and logistics for meetings/events. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the delivery of tasks. Exercise independent judgment for the efficient management of an executive office in support of senior leadership. Use specific skills such as ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, About Time, Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, Correspondence to carry out tasks effectively. Requirements Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services is required Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating virtual meetings Experience with Concur for managing travel and expenses Knowledge of CRM systems for managing client relationships Proficiency in using Kronos Timekeeping System for payroll and timekeeping Experience with About Time for project management Ability to manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in coordinating conference calls among multiple participants Ability to handle correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails.
