Our Operations – Chief of Staff team is looking for a Contracts Administrator & Business Transformation Facilitation Lead with a background in administrative and operational support. The Contracts Administrator & Business Transformation Facilitation Lead will have the opportunity to work onsite/hybrid from our Richmond office.As a Contracts Administrator & Business Transformation Facilitation Lead, you will:

Engage and build relationships with colleagues and clients, while advising key stakeholders.

Work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges by working with the Change Hub department.

Manage logistics and scheduling for critical meetings, ensuring the right people are brought together at the right time.

Maintain documents for Business Transformation Initiatives, create and monitor dashboards and ROI for projects, and manage timelines.

Track milestones and deliverables, ensuring attendance and escalating any roadblocks or delays to sponsors.

Build strong working relationships across many functions and at every level, initiating appropriate communications and updates.

Apply process improvement and change knowledge to real-world circumstances, updating the Change Hub Toolkit as required.

Analyze vendor data, locate and store vendor-related agreements, review contracts, and assist with tracking key terms and renewals.

Provide additional support to other initiatives/teams within the Chief of Staff office, including Corporate Development, Meeting Planning, and Real Estate.

What you bring to the role:

A High School Diploma.

4+ years of experience in a Professional Services environment or other relevant industries.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional organizational skills and data entry proficiency.

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
