Verify personal and financial information from customer transactions
Manage all customer questions regarding bank accounts, credit cards, and loan products
Provide exemplary customer service to clients in a banking environment
Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) software to perform data entry
Take part in cash management duties Requirements - Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Outstanding organizational skills
AA or BS/BA preferred
1+ year providing exemplary customer service
