Responsible for monitoring commodity transactions and trading floor activities to ensure compliance and adherence to Dominions Risk Policies and Procedures, as well as compliance with regulatory laws and regulations to include, but not limited to, Dodd-Frank Act, Sarbanes Oxley, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Monitors the financial and physical transactional limits of trading staff, as defined by the Board, and compares to transactional activities, identifies, tracks and reports infractions to senior management and informs front office of necessary corrective actions. Ensures and manages the complete documentation of compliance activities. Applies working knowledge and understanding of physical and financial transactions to properly categorize regulatory body governing activity to identify how the transactions relate to compliance and reporting initiatives. Gathers transactional, market and regulatory information and ensures the system of record correctly reflects such information and monitors the transactions to ensure that no questionable activity (e.g. wash trade, etc.) or inaccurate information is reported. Provide support and guidance to transactional personnel for compliance with Dominion's Risk Policies and Procedures. Responsible for the surveillance of information obtained from various sources such as instant messaging, emails, and phone records, to investigate potential trading violations regarding commodity transactions and trading floor activity. Monitors market policy modifications or new regulations introduced by regulatory agencies to identify, evaluate, and interpret the potential impact to the company. Applies knowledge of various regulatory laws and regulations governing commodity trading and trading floor activities to analyze, interpret and determine compliance requirements as they pertain to Dominion's commodity trading business. Works closely with other analysts and senior management to develop recommendations for changes to Trading and Marketing policy.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & ExperienceAssociate Risk Compliance Analyst: 0-2 years of experience in understanding of options and their effects on physical/financial positions. Note: A related Master's degree can be substituted for one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more will be rounded up to one full year).Risk Compliance Analyst: 2-3+ years of experience in understanding of options and their effects on physical/financial positions. Note: A related Master's degree can be substituted for one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more will be rounded up to one full year).

Knowledge of rules and regulations such as Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Sarbanes Oxley Act, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulations, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and their application to commodity transactions and trading floor activities.

Excellent organizational skills; skilled in written and oral communications.

Demonstrates good customer service skills, and experience in use of diplomacy to communicate potentially confrontational information.

Considerable attention to detail. Must be results oriented.

Demonstrates solid analytical skills, with prior work experience in gathering, reviewing and analyzing qualitative data to identify patterns, variations, etc.

Skilled in use of a personal computer, proficient in Microsoft Office Products to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Proven ability to be adaptive and flexible, with ability to multi-task.

Ability to receive and follow directions; provide clear instructions to others.

Experienced in the design, preparation and delivery of PowerPoint presentations.

Prior work experience and/or exposure in the support of commodity trading or direct risk management.

Experience with commodity trading/transactions.
