Position : Accounting Inventory AnalystLocation : Richmond, IndianaRequisition ID: : 25563General Purpose:Provide support of locations Business Processes for all warehouse management and manufacturing operations as the point of contact and support for related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes. This includes day-to-day on-site functional support, issue resolution support, and system-related project support in coordination with the DFA Core Team.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee inventory accuracy for materials, ingredients, packaging (MIP) and finished goods through approved processes including physical inventories, cycle counts, and associated reporting

Support employees with their usage of current ERP (JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE)) modules including Inventory, Direct & Indirect Purchasing, Warehouse, Transportation and Master Data

Function as a power user of the ERP and primary point of contact to answer questions, research and resolve issues, and assist employees

Ensure all purchase orders are received in ERP/JDE correctly and in a timely manner

Identify and resolve data-related and hardware problems for all warehouse locations

Contribute to CI teams with product loss initiatives

Provide open line of communication between shifts and departments for all inventory related issues

Function as the on-site liaison with DFA Core Team for ongoing implementation, changes, and maintenance of the ERP system

Present customizations and configurations to integrate outside applications with current ERP system

Coordinate with HR and warehouse management for proper onboarding and ERP training processes

Communicate ERP system changes, enhancements, and modifications, verbally or through written documentation, to management, peers, and affected staff, ensuring issues and solutions are understood and implemented correctly

Required Minimum Qualifications:Education and Experience

Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

2 to 5 years of inventory, warehouse, manufacturing accounting, product costing, or related experience coupled with technical aptitude to support associated ERP platforms such as JD Edwards Enterprise One

Analytical experience in accounting, with extensive knowledge of ERP platforms.

General knowledge of EDI, banking integration, Z-file processing, and other integration methods

General knowledge of the ERP/JDE database, tables, fields, and relationships

Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Expert Excel knowledge a plus

JDE experience preferred

Certification and/or license – N/A

Able to demonstrate written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business users, stakeholders, technical teams, and various levels of management

Able to listen and communicate in a clear and concise manner, along with the ability to recognize the audience and tailor communications accordingly

Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, including the ability to prioritize

Able to organize time and resources effectively to achieve goals (i.e., organizational skills)

Able to demonstrate leadership qualities as a self-starter, set direction, and complete assignments

Able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels

Able to identify and communicate concerns with stakeholders at all levels

Must be flexible with work schedules/available to work evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice

Strong work ethic with ability and willingness to do ‘what it takes’

Able to work on-call

Position will be responsible for over ten million in inventories. Must be a self-starter

Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Travel:

Travel between local plant and area warehouse locations on a regular basis is required
