We are looking for a patient, creative, and experienced early childhood music teacher to nurture the budding musical interests of our curious and energetic 3-year-old son. He has shown enthusiasm for several instruments, including piano, percussion, violin, guitar, and trumpet. We’re looking for someone who can introduce him to the world of music in a playful, joyful, and age-appropriate way.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience teaching young children, especially ages 3–5
Background in early childhood music education (Orff, Kodály, Suzuki, or similar approaches a plus)
Ability to introduce a variety of instruments in a fun and exploratory way
Warm, engaging personality with lots of patience and a sense of humor
Comfortable teaching in our home
Responsibilities:
Conduct fun, interactive music sessions 1–2 times per week
Help cultivate a love for music through rhythm games, simple melodies, movement, and instrumental exploration
Encourage creative play and musical curiosity rather than structured lessons at this stage
Bonus If You:
Play multiple instruments
Rate: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
Commitment: Initially weekly or biweekly, with potential to increase as interest and ability grow
If you're passionate about sparking joy through music in little ones and have a knack for connecting with young children, we’d love to hear from you!
