Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing outstanding customer service and technical support.

-Research, analyze, and determine appropriate solutions or courses of action for customer inquiries and issues.

-Document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions, accurately and comprehensively in our system.

-Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.

-Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and provide informed support.

-Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Equipment Standards: You'll need your own laptop or desktop computer meeting specified minimum specifications.

Laptop/CPU: INTEL CORE I SERIES (I3-9000, I5-7000, I7-5000, I9) OR BETTER, PENTIUM G5400/N6400 OR BETTER, XEON E CLASS OR BETTER, CELERON J4000/N4000 / AMD RYZEN 3 OR BETTER, ATHLON 3000, SILVER, GOLD OR BETTER.

Operating System Requirement: Windows 10 or Windows 11 installed on your device, or the capability to obtain it, is necessary.

Internet Connectivity: A stable internet connection with an Ethernet cord for direct connection to the router/modem is essential.

Independent Contractor Status: You will be engaged as a 1099 independent contractor, responsible for your own background check and equipment.

Experience Level: No prior experience is required.
