Hourly Rate: $18 W2; $20 CTC/1099 Job Description: Candidates will do phone or web based interviews but are expected. This position is PRIMARILY ON SITE with 20% telework available upon request. Pls note and share with potential candidates: Parking is NOT included and can be a factor in them staying so PLEASE have this discussion with your candidate before submitting. Monthly parking can run $85-$100 a month. THIS IS NOT A HELP DESK ROLE! This person will be supporting the IT team as a IT Proj Coordinator/Admin and background within IT is required. The IT Administrative Specialist operates in a fast-paced environment and is an integral member of the client. The IT Administrative Specialist is responsible for the organization and coordination of the client office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The IT Administrative Specialist provides operational support to the client headquarters office with assigned duties involving a combination of business process execution, data analysis and management, training and documentation tasks, and performance monitoring and task coordination. The IT Administrative Specialist provides administrative and programmatic support to the client and all of his direct reports. Performs duties in support of the client and all sections that exist under this division. This position will: ensure IT databases, spreadsheets, and various other documents are accurate and properly managed, manage IT helpdesk and telecommunications functions, prepare reports, draft communications and presentations for the client, and assist the client with providing oversight duties to ensure the client is operating efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: - Ability to independently perform and complete projects and tasks fully and accurately within designated timeframes. - Ability to follow, critically evaluate, and improve current processes and procedures. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills. - Strong ability to collect, track, analyze, and manage data accurately and effectively. - Excellent PC skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Access. Experience using Google Business Applications (Gmail, Chrome, Maps, Hangouts/Meet, Calendar, etc.). - knowledge of Adobe products, SharePoint, WebEx/Zoom type services, and various other Internet business productivity applications. - Possesses professional and courteous attitude with customers, team members, and support vendors; and has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with each. - Possesses excellent customer service skills and is very teamwork oriented. - Possesses excellent problem solving skills and has the ability to utilize available resources to assess/resolve problems in a timely manner and independently. - Possesses excellent organization and time management skills. - Possesses the ability to create documentation on technical issues and solutions that are easy to understand and grammatically correct. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and able to perform repetitive motion to include standing, sitting, reaching, lifting, walking, bending, and climbing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or an equivalent combination of education, training, and job experience indicating possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed above. Prefer experience and/or education in the information technology field. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required. Required Skills:

  • Professional neat appearance and wear/dress in appropriate business casual and/or formal attire as necessary (10 years)
  • Possesses the ability to create documentation on technical issues and solutions that are easy to understand and grammatically correct. (3 years)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required (3 years)
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (on occasion) (5 years)
