This customer service representative position is very customer oriented, consisting of answering calls, pricing/scheduling windshield and glass replacements, scheduling residential/commercial glass estimate appointments, helping walk in customers etc. Our office consists of four CSRs. We are seeking someone that works well with others in a team effort environment.
