Job Summary:
API Construction is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in our painting and flooring services. This role involves handling inquiries, gathering project details, scheduling estimates, and coordinating with our sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers bring their vision to life.
This is a part-time position requiring availability for 20-30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing information about our painting and flooring services.
Gather essential project details, including flooring type preferences, paint colors, room dimensions, timelines, and budgets.
Schedule consultations, estimates, and follow-ups with customers and sales representatives.
Educate customers on different flooring materials (e.g., hardwood, tile, laminate, carpet, vinyl) and paint options, ensuring they make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project details, and scheduling in API Construction’s CRM system.
Work closely with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Follow up with customers post-project to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Assist in marketing efforts by gathering customer feedback and identifying trends in service inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-friendly and professional demeanor.
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or the home improvement industry (painting and flooring experience preferred but not required).
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced business environment.
Basic knowledge of flooring materials and paint types is a plus (training provided).
Proficiency in CRM software, scheduling tools, and office applications.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
Evaluation Period: Pay rate will be determined after a 90-day performance evaluation.
