Position coming open soon for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for a small office on Parham Road!
Duties include: processing accounts receivables/payables, preparing bank deposits, completing monthly bank reconciliations in Quickbooks Desktop, preparing financial reports as needed, processing weekly payroll and paying payroll taxes. Must be detail oriented, organized and work independently. Confidentiality is absolutely necessary in dealing with staff and tenants.
Solid Quickbooks experience needed (1+ years). Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting or Business Administration, HR or related field.
We are offering 24-32 hours a week, flexible days, a great boss and a casual office. This is an in-office position.
