If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience and expertise in accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and account reconciliations, we have an opportunity for you! As a Staff Accountant you will report to the Accounting Manager with about 50% of your time spent on the full cycle of accounts receivables and the other 50% on revenue, account reconciliation's, fixed assets, other ad hoc responsibilities and special projects aimed at enhancing the efficiencies, policies, procedures and systems within the accounting department. Salary is based on education, skills, proficiencies, experience, and credentials.Essential Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable Management:
Execute comprehensive end-to-end accounts receivable functions.
Respond confidently and effectively to both internal and external billing inquiries.
Revenue Recognition and Deferred Revenue:
Collaborate fruitfully with the finance team to uphold ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition processes.
Month-End Journal Entries and Accruals:
Prepare month-end journal entries.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP standards.
Fixed Asset Management:
Maintain Fixed Asset and Construction in Progress (CIP) schedules.
General Ledger Reconciliation:
Perform reconciliations for key accounts.
Financial Reporting:
Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and support data requests for audits.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in process enhancement initiatives.

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related area of study
Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficiency in handling General Ledger
Ability to process Journal Entries accurately and efficiently
Skilled in Account Reconciliation
Knowledge and experience in Fixed Asset Accounting
Familiarity with Deferred Revenue
Understanding and application of ASC 606
3+ years of relevant experience or 1+ year of public accounting experience will be considered.
