Sr. Full Stack Developer - Team Lead (TS/SCI required)

IT Concepts Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the successful implementation of projects. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of web applications

Manage and prioritize project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance

Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development

RequirementsRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of experience in full stack development or Masters degree in Computer Science with 5+ years of experience in full stack development

Strong proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience developing web applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

Proficiency in back-end development technologies such as Node.js, Python, or .NET

Experience with relational and non-relational databases

Experience with version control systems such as Git

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly

Preferred Experience:

Experience using JSON in a REST architecture. Familiarity with GraphQL for future development a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with the ability to present technical data and approaches to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Several years' experience in React or Python.

Familiarity with automated testing solutions such as Cypress.

8570/Security+ certification is a plus.

Experience with Kubernetes for future development a plus
