DescriptionICF is growing and we’re seeking a Project Manager to join our new and exciting opportunity serving Quality Reporting Programs for our federal client.Our agile team is responsible for the review, testing, and publication of quality data, educating the public on healthcare practitioner performance, and working with end users to facilitate an exceptional experience. Additionally, we are responsible for the communication and coordination of data received from providers, professional networks and other stakeholders. We work with external federal agencies and their contractors to ensure data is calculated accurately and published within the established legislative guidance.Our Project Manager (PM) is responsible for coordinating the day to day activities of the team. This position will also be responsible for creating and managing a project schedule, roadmap, risk register, and will serve as a POC for our federal client. Additionally, the PM is responsible for leading the team to success by proactively researching needs from the federal register and quality reporting programs to help build the backlog for release candidates. The PM will ensure the team is prepared for all PI Planning activities.Key Responsibilities:

Manage scrum teams, backlog, planning, and preparation for PI Planning

Elicit guidance for timelines and Roadmap for rule making and project execution

Serve the team to ensure they are set up for success

Participate in requirements gathering sessions

Collecting data for metrics and reporting metrics to the client on a monthly basis

Conduct program data analyses and produce reports to support implementation

Other duties as identified by client or team

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years experience in public health, quality improvement, measure development or related field OR 5+ years of experience managing complex health care/Health IT programs.

1+ year of experience managing large scale projects valued above $20M

1+ year of experience with quality payment programs

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP strongly preferred

Experience working with federal agencies such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Centers for Disease Control (CDC) experience a plus

Experience with physician reporting

Experience developing, managing and evaluating quality measures for federal or private payer programs

Experience with Scrum Framework, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience a plus

The pay range for this position is:$69,862.00 - $118,765.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
