DescriptionLeidos is seeking an experienced Program Administrator to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team at our Global Headquarters in Reston, VA.POSITION SUMMARY:The successful candidate will support the DES Division Manager with calendar and travel management as well as the program team with program administration to include travel, expense reports, and other related duties. The ideal candidate can multitask and prioritize tasks based on direction and customer feedback.The candidate will perform a broad range of administrative tasks, to include managing schedules, preparing correspondence, coordinating meeting logistics, preparing expense reports, and coordinating travel.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:Currently possess or are eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required)PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage executive and program calendars.

Plan and execute program Quarterly Business Reviews, management meetings, and off-sites.

Coordinate executive travel and use Concur travel system to manage and track travel expenses.

Supplement coordination of onboarding for contract personnel; collect, review, and submit paperwork for candidates in timely manner to maintain start dates as scheduled.

Track onboarding status for key management team; maintain tracker for transparency across leadership team.

Assist staffing team with other duties as assigned.

Manage facilities and office space.

Manage a wide range of management and administrative duties (travel, calendars, correspondence, organization charts, telephone lists) in support of the office.

Facilitate senior management correspondence and communication including preparing memos, and correspondence with minimal oversight, as well as accurately compose and prepare effective correspondence and reports.

Maintain awareness of and proficiency of corporate initiatives for communication and information disclosing.

Maintain attention to detail in a multi-project work environment, with potential frequent interruptions, with competing needs requiring clear comprehension of prioritization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience supporting senior and executive management.

Must possess excellent organizational and interactive skills.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Excel) with particular emphasis on word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications

Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
