Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice to and guide the team in building, developing, or designing functionality for a product, as well as guide and ensure the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Product Manager - Multifamily Technology role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Present information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

Develop communication and outreach materials for internal and external audiences.

Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.

Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors etc.

Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.

Product Management including managing demand, releases, and backlog.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.

Create features, user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in scrum ceremonies.

Identify opportunities for product improvements, as well as collect feedback from team and provide recommendations.

Liaise with the product team and technology team to deliver requirements.

Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.

Create Product dashboard and other executive reports to showcase product development activities and status

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences:

At least 4 years related experience

Experience managing the product development process.

Experience with database modeling, mapping and system interface documents

Experience writing and understanding data rules

Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions

Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal

Good collaboration and relationship management skills in order to effectively work with the product team to understand requirements and deliver the work

Experience working in a Product owner role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong Excel skills

SQL knowledge

Experience using JIRA

Experience using SharePoint

Desired Experiences:

Skilled at presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, planning and distributing communication, etc.
