DescriptionICF is actively recruiting for Power Platform Developer to deliver IT support services to a national technical assistance project in a federal consulting environment. The goal of the project is to support and enable legal representation to eligible arriving Afghans across the country and to expand the legal community’s skills and capacity to provide immigration legal support. The Power Platform Developer should be a Microsoft 365 Power User with expertise in using

Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power Apps.

As a Power User, you will be required to implement solutions for program teams who primarily use Microsoft SharePoint and Teams for collaboration. This role will serve as a liaison with the program team to anticipate and understand their needs. As a Power Platform Developer, this role will be required to build collaborative solutions designed to manage information, streamline business processes, simplify reporting, and gather information.This position is full-time and fully remote.Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with program and business teams to understand their goals and needs in order to anticipate and propose efficient solutions that will support achievement of goals

Design, develop and manage Power Automate workflows, lists, permissions, views and SharePoint solutions, Teams, and Power Apps solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency across the organization.

Explore innovative ways to leverage these tools to improve business processes.

Keep up to date with the latest trends, features and capabilities.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to developed solutions.

Work with a senior business analyst to define requirements for more complex solutions.

Create and maintain requirements and technical documentation.

Provide training and support to end-users on using Microsoft 365 suite apps.

Serve as the primary responder to a help desk to support users.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing workflows in Power Automate Workflows.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint and must have a strong understanding of the various features, such as lists, libraries, content types, modern vs classic experiences, and permissions.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ of experience with Power Apps.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems engineering or related technology field.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance

Preferred Skills:

Active Tier 2 clearance preferred

Certifications in Power Automate, SharePoint and Power Apps are a plus.

Professional Skills:

Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Ability to translate complex technical information to a variety of audiences, including, but not limited to, non-technical stakeholders and business clients.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Proven ability to manage competing priorities, perspectives, and stakeholder needs.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent verbal, oral, interpersonal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
