We’ll provide training and resources so you can successfully evaluate a caller’s situation to determine proper next steps to resolve the homeowner’s concerns. Your eagerness to learn about our homes and processes will help you acclimate quickly to a team committed to high standards. You're motivated by the opportunity to proactively problem solve, address a customer's concerns, and find a resolution that creates a positive outcome.This position starts at $22.50/hour and will be onsite in our Reston, VA office. W e offer shift flexibility during both our core business hours (8am to 3pm Monday - Friday) and weekends. Primary Responsibilities

Complete paid training to learn and demonstrate proficiency with standard operating procedures and systems/technology

Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast paced, high volume, call center environment

Manage and respond to customer service issues via phone and email in a timely manner

Accurately capture and record details of customer service requests in customer relationship management (CRM) system while speaking with callers

Communicate directly with field warranty employees to coordinate an action plan for homeowner’s concerns

Keep current with knowledge of NVR products and warranty procedures

What We Look For in a Candidate

1 - 3 years of professional experience in customer service

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, build rapport, and manage relationships over the phone

Highly-driven proactive problem solver

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficient typing skills with ability to document call notes during customer interactions

Familiarity with the Homebuilding industry or NVR’s products is a plus

Maintain a 3 to 5 day work week, working approximately 20-25 hours a week
