Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

14 years of experience creating and implementing global security and resilience initiatives relating to industrial security, personnel security, or a related field.

8 years of experience with physical security systems, and critical infrastructure security.

Experience leading and managing security programs.

Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in managing security training and awareness programs.

Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and conducting security risk assessments.

Experience leading a security team building partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Knowledge of cyber-security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security governance framework that aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Google's internal policies.

Develop and maintain a risk management program to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.

Build and maintain trust with customers, partners, and regulators by demonstrating Google Public Sector's commitment to security and compliance.

Build and lead a high-performing team of security governance, risk, and compliance professionals.
