You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-caliber executive-level candidates to meet the strategic hiring needs of our organization. This role involves extensive research, networking, and relationship-building to source and screen potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing:

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various channels, including social media, professional networks, databases, and industry events, to identify and attract top executive talent.

Conduct thorough market research to map out the competitive landscape, identify potential talent pools, and refine sourcing approaches.

Candidate Engagement:

Initiate contact and build relationships with potential executive candidates.

Articulate the company’s value proposition and opportunities to engage passive candidates.

Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Screening and Assessment:

Conduct preliminary screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, fit, and alignment with predefined criteria, providing comprehensive profiles and insights to the hiring team for decision-making.

Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers, senior leadership, and the broader talent acquisition team to understand hiring needs, share insights and best practices, and develop and refine executive search strategies to continuously improve sourcing processes.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (Beamery), and regularly provide reports on sourcing progress, pipeline status, and market trends to inform decision-making.

What you will bring to the job (required qualifications):

6+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a sourcing function.

2+ years of experience in executive search, executive talent sourcing, and/or a similar role.

Experience using various sourcing tools such as CRM, ATS, HireEZ, Seekout, and/or related tools, as well as sourcing techniques such as advanced Boolean, X-ray searches, nesting, and/or related techniques.

What you might have to be successful (preferred qualifications)

Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging executive-level talent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
