DescriptionSAIC is seeking an experienced and energetic SCRUM Master to directly support the Solutions Development Team within the Infrastructure Services, Transport, and Communication (ISTC) Program under USMC’s Program Executive Office – Digital and Enterprise Services (PEO – D) Portfolio.The overarching purpose of the Solutions Development Team is to implement and test HW/SW within a lab environment prior to fielding in production; the team also updates and provides documentation to stakeholders and refreshes and sustains HW/SW in the field.This position is located in Charleston, SC or Stafford, VA.QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:
Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience.
Proven experience leading a team; motivating the team to complete work in a timely manner while monitoring and maintaining quality to support the overall business value.
Aptitude to visualize and understand the ‘big picture’ of what is to be accomplished and plan the steps required to meet it.
Extensive organizational and problem-solving skills to continue value flow on time and without interruption.
Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its various components.
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
Experience with Service Now or a similar Agile project management tool
Ability to develop briefs and present to leadership and stakeholders on status, to include completion of tasks, delays, roadblocks, risks/issues, and demonstrations.
Proficiency in multiple word processing and presentation tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Experienced in the utilization of communication and documentation management tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Desired Skills/Experience:
Experience as an Agile Coach, facilitating Agile transformations and implementing SAFe practices in large-scale organizations.
Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc.).
Experience supporting Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), the United States Marine Corps, the United States Navy, or the United States Marine Corps Systems Command
Experience in the telecommunications field
Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000.
