Collaborate with other CACI developers to design custom SharePoint and Power Platform solutions for CACI customers and for Navy customers in Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).More About the Role:

Design solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI.

Work on a SharePoint team to design and develop SharePoint Online site architectures to support customers’ business processes.

Collaborate with teammates to design immersive, UI/UX friendly SharePoint Online Modern site pages.

Customize customers’ SharePoint Online lists with JSON field and list view formatting.

Work directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and design innovative solutions.

Assist customers within MS Teams, SharePoint, and other apps in the Microsoft 365 suite.

Develop and maintain both canvas and model driven Power Apps depending on customer requirements.

Assist customers as needed as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA) by training new SharePoint site owners, performing site maintenance, and cleaning up site permissions.

Assist customers by researching available features within the Navy’s secure 365 tenant.

Support/interface with customers via face to face, telephone, video conferencing, email, chat, and applicable online presence.

Work independently with limited supervision. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

Work site will primarily be at the employee’s home site. Occasionally the employee may need to work at the customer site or a CACI office.

Physical Demands: Normal demands associated with an office environment, including ability to work on a computer for long periods.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DoD Secret security clearance.

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 5 years of applicable experience, to include a minimum 3 years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.

Willingness and ability to experiment and innovate new approaches to provide the highest caliber service to our customers.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner.

Strong customer service orientation. Respectfully engage customers in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.

Ability to organize work efficiently and manage time effectively.

Ability to perform successfully both independently and as a team member in a demanding work environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Previous military service or previous work experience at a Naval Shipyard.

Experience creating SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions.

Experience utilizing ShareGate migration software for day to day content migrations for SharePoint and Teams content.

Experience in client-side development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Web Services, SOAP, REST, Ajax, jQuery, HTML, HTML5, and CSS.

Experience with mobile application development and/or UI/UX best practices.

Experience with Microsoft 365’s best practices for Knowledge Management in regards to file taxonomy and content discoverability.

Experience with utilizing SharePoint and MS Graph HTTP requests.
