Assistant Professor

Job Summary: Radford University (RU) invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work. This is a nine-month, tenure-track position beginning in August 2024. Primary responsibilities will be: teaching courses in the BSW and MSW programs in both the Radford and Roanoke social work program options (includes online and evenings), advising, university service, and professional contributions.The School of Social Work enrolls approximately 280 students in the programs leading to the BSW and MSW degrees. Both programs are fully accredited by CSWE through 2030. The School offers courses in two locations and online, and the curriculum focuses on clinical social work practice. The School of Social Work is part of the Waldron College of Health & Human Services.
