Contingent upon contract award.First Division Consulting is seeking a Training Manager to oversee the design, development, and implementation of MAGTF C2 training products. This leadership role requires a strong background in military training programs and curriculum development.The contractor shall perform the following task(s):
Manage all training activities, including courseware development and instructor performance.
Ensure training products meet instructional design standards.
Coordinate and supervise training events.
Requirements
Extensive experience in developing and delivering military training programs.
Knowledge of MAGTF C2 systems and curriculum development principles.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
An Active Secret clearance is required.
Must be a US citizen.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting may be required.
Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
