With a strong focus on process management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and streamlining organizational workflows, particularly within Program Executive Office - Land Systems (PEO-LS), Department of the Navy. You will also guide the development of detailed requirements to translate them into technical specifications. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis of current processes to identify improvement opportunities across the organization.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather organizational requirements, developing detailed specifications that guide process or technical improvements.
Manage complex projects with competing priorities and ensure timely delivery of process improvement initiatives.
Engage in stakeholder management by maintaining strong relationships across the organization, facilitating communication, and aligning project objectives with business needs.
Drive continuous improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
Ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and documentation of process performance and improvements.
State-of-the-Art Technology:You will work with the latest tools and methodologies in process improvement, enhancing efficiency in a tech-driven environment. TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in organizational management, operations, or a related field.
15+ years of military leadership experience.
5+ years of experience in process improvement and program management.
Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Experience with the DoD Acquisitions Process.
Familiarity with PEO-LS, and/or Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) organization and processes preferred. Experience in Marine Corps Force Development processes also desirable.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Experience in analyzing process activities and identifying areas for optimization.

Master's Degree
Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives in a technical or defense-related environment.
Knowledge regarding the application of Other Transactional Authorities (OTA) and integration of capabilities presented from organizations such as Defense Innovation Unit.
Experience in implementation of enterprise level software and data environments.
