Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsOur Radiation Therapists administer Radiation Therapy to patients per physician order and under the guidance of qualified physicians using Linear Accelerators, CT scanner, and Mosaiq RV system. Our Radiation Therapy department is dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care and the Radiation Therapist is an integral part to our operations.

The radiation therapist verifies and documents prescribed treatment dose before treatment, verifies all fields, field sizes, collimator angles, gantry angles, and any other aspect of treatment prior to initiating therapy.

You will ensure accurate placement of all treatment devices, aids, and MLC.

You must be capable of performing necessary device fabrication including blocks, cutouts, bolus, etc.

You will place and immobilize patients to ensure accurate treatment while maintaining constant visual and verbal contact with the patient during treatment to assure the patient remains in proper position.

What qualifications you will need:

Graduate of an accredited school of radiation therapy. Must be ASRT credentialed or board eligible.

ASRT certified RT(T) or board eligible.

1-2 years of experience preferred.

Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
