Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the Non-Retail Pharmacy Technician assists the pharmacist in processing medication orders by assembling and preparing medications to be dispensed for inpatient and/or outpatient services. Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or its equivalent certification
Graduate of accredited Pharmacy Technology Program
PTCB or NPTA license preferred or as required by state/contract
Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
