job detailsWe are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager with experience working in a plant or manufacturing environment who has developed, implemented and maintained financial controls, lead financial planning/budgeting processes, and developed product costing processes. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience (someone with an MBA or CPA is highly desired).salary: $135,000 - $175,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
Identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement.
Lead the annual financial planning/budgeting process including forecasting and variance analysis.
Develop a robust product costing process and work with finance and commercial teams on facility/customer/product analysis.
Collaborate with teams to optimize financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years' experience in financial management (preferably in a plant or manufacturing environment).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Operational experience with ERP systems and financial software.
