What you will be doing:
You will be making our sausage product lines and help make deer sausage during hunting season.
Deboning Pork Butts and other meat
Operating a Meat Grinder
Operating a Sausage Stuffer Machine
Operating a Mixer
We are looking for someone that has some basic meat cutting experience. You must be proficient using a meat knife. At the very least, you must be able to debone pork butts, efficiently, with a meat knife. You must be able to lift at least 60 lbs. without hurting yourself. Able to work in very cold environments for long periods of time. Must be able to understand basic math and accurately weigh up sausage ingredients. Must be able to clean the machinery and equipment, as well.
