Cornice job beginning tomorrow, Monday, April 8th. Duration should be 3 to 4 days depending on the weather. Cornice is to be prepped (caulked, putty, sanded) and painted (spray work on ladders), windows are to be protected.
Upon successful completion we will pay the selected sub contractor $1,500 on Tuesday April 16th via direct deposit ONLY. We DO NOT provide any money upfront. Please do not inquire.
What you will need - ladders (6, 16, 24, 32, 40), and a spray machine
Our company will provide paint, caulk, putty, plastic and tape
A 1099 form will be required to be turned in before payment is made.
We are a fast growing and very busy local painting contractor with offices in Virginia and North Carolina. If you complete the job in good order and on time, there is no shortage of work available that we can speak about.
Our field supervisor will be onsite to help guide you and answer any questions, as well as walk the job with you and get you setup.
