What YOU’LL be responsible for:
Installing heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers
Leading a team of 1-2 helpers in the install process
Traveling to job sites in the service area and working with the dispatch team to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers
Participating in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies
Qualifications:
Residential HVAC install experience required
Current EPA certification and Virginia Driver's License
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods
Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders and tunnels
Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow or sleet
Must have mental skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, and a technical vocabulary to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
Must be willing to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints.
Must be able to complete a Job Physical Assessment
