Successful candidates will have:
at least 1 year of hands-on, on-site commercial construction experience, installing doors, door frames, and door hardware.
clear communication skills, to report progress and resolve issues with project manager
experience and familiarity reading installation instructions, construction drawings & specifications. And willingness to follow them!
understanding of safety practices to ensure a safe work environment, and compliance with corporate policy, OSHA, and other governing agencies
a good (not necessarily spotless) driving record
ability to pass a military background check to gain access to job sites
ability to pass non-marijuana, oral swab drug test
Preferred candidates will have:
metal stud framing experience
welding experience

Pre-Screening Criteria:
You must be able to pass an oral swab drug test.
You must be able to pass the background check required to be allowed on US military bases.
You cannot have had two or more moving violations within the past 3 years.
You cannot have had ANY major traffic violations within past 5 years? (DUI, Reckless driving, any other felony driving offenses).
You must possess a current, valid driver's license.
