As a Sales Assistant for Stone Countertops, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting customers in showroom visits, providing product information, and addressing inquiries about stone countertops.
Collaborating with the sales team to prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals for potential projects.
Managing incoming calls and emails, promptly responding to customer inquiries and scheduling appointments as needed.
Maintaining the showroom appearance by ensuring displays are well-organized and stocked with samples of our stone products.
Utilizing computer skills to input and update customer information in our CRM system, generate sales reports, and assist with administrative tasks.
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-installation follow-up.
