Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing used vehicles for sale by understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide product knowledge on vehicle features, performance, and pricing.
Conduct test drives with potential buyers and highlight key selling points.
Maintain a strong knowledge of inventory, including new arrivals and special promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with the finance team to assist customers with loan approvals and financing options.
Follow up with prospective and past customers via phone, email, and in-person communication.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership success.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous automotive sales experience is Required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Basic knowledge of used car financing, trade-ins, and automotive sales practices.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Valid driver’s license.
