As a Shift Manager at an Express, you will be responsible for the shift operation of an Exchange Express Store and will lead a team of passionate and knowledgeable associates. You will oversee these associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience. You will assist in planning, managing and directing retail store operations, dealing merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting, and reordering of goods. Utilize your leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty.

Job Qualifications :
One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
